WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Due to the high volume and demand of workshops we offer, we are unable to offer refunds on our workshops. If you are no longer able to attend the workshop, you will be issued a credit voucher which can be redeemed toward any other workshop within 1 month. We require notification of any cancellations 7 days prior to your scheduled workshop date! If you notify us under 7 days of your scheduled workshop date, a 10% admin fee will incur and be deducted when your voucher is issued.

I CAN'T MAKE IT TO THE CLASS I SIGNED UP FOR, CAN I RESCHEDULE?
You can definitely reschedule! We require notification of any rescheduling requests to be made 7 days prior to your scheduled workshop date. Transfers to another date can only be made to classes of equal or higher value. If we are notified under 7 days of your workshop, a 10% admin fee will incur to arrange your transfer.

WHERE CAN I FIND MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE WORKSHOP?
To find a description for each class and it's content, simply click the photo of the workshop you are interested in and it will take you to the sign up page with all the details. *please note, we need a minimum of about 8-10 students in order to move forward with our workshops. occasionally we do not meet the amount so we will cancel the workshop and refund you in full!

DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN SUPPLIES?
All workshops include all the materials and supplies you'll need unless otherwise stated. We don't want you to stress out about collecting the materials so just come for a fun night of learning and we'll take care of the rest! *in some cases, there  may be a small material fee in addition to the cost of the class.

I’M NOT SURE ABOUT THE COST OF THE WORKSHOP...
Please keep in mind that our workshops are all-inclusive: they include all the materials needed, refreshments, and a fun experience! The cost also calculates in the time it takes for the instructor to prepare for the class material, gather the supplies, and the actual time where they share their knowledge with us.

DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE WORKSHOPS FOR A GROUP OR PARTY?
Sure! We can definitely accommodate a workshop for a private event or party! Private workshops are perfect for birthday parties, bridal showers, girl's nights, or school events. Depending on your group and specifications, we can offer group rates. Please email us at WORKSHOP@OHHELLOFRIEND.COM for more information.

WHERE DO THE WORKSHOPS TAKE PLACE?
Workshops take place at our retail shop, in the workshop space at 122 N Harbor Blvd, Suite 104. Fullerton, 92832. There is plenty of street parking available, a lot behind out building, and a parking structure across the street.

If a workshop you're interested in is sold out, please email WORKSHOP@OHHELLOFRIEND.COM to be added to our wait list. The list is a first come, first serve basis. If a space becomes available, we'll be sure to contact you!
